Welcome everyone to the eighth edition of  In the House. This year has been a transitional period for Nova House, we have seen a lot of old faces go and new faces come. We have modified our program methodology  on the IDDT unit, we have incorporated coed treatment on our Residential unit and we continue to evaluate our human resources to match the right people with the right jobs.

On the IT side we have upgraded our computer systems, we are upgrading clinical software programs and we have designed and implemented several databases and procedures to capture outcome data.

I look forward to the new year and challenges that awaits.  If you have any questions,  comments or ideas, please send me an email at novaeditor@novahouse.org or  937/253-1680 extension 226.
